Archery is held at EITHER Newport News Park at 13560 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News or Wilcox Bait and Tackle at 9501 Jefferson Ave in Newport News, depending on the weather. The location for each week is shared on the unofficial Archery by the Sea Facebook group.
Archers of all skill levels are welcome. If loaner gear is needed, please join the unofficial Archery by the Sea Facebook group and request loaner gear on the post regarding the practice for the week you will be attending.
Please note that you must complete the online Safety Course and submit the Adult Archery Safety Test or Youth (Under 13) Archery Safety Test for the Newport News Park Archery Range before participating there; fees can be paid at the Newport News Park Campsite Office for daily or annual use of their range.
If participating at Wilcox Bait & Tackle, please note that there is a fee to be paid at Wilcox before entering their archery range, and you must fill out a waiver before using their range.
